American composers Rudolf Friml, Sigmund Romberg and Victor Herbert wrote operetta music in which heroes were heroic and romantic, heroines were beautiful but feisty, the comic relief was full of laughs, and everyone sang like angels while the audience tapped their toes or swayed to the glorious melodies. Now that was entertainment! Recapture the magic of those wonderful tunes at our concert on Saturday March 10, 4:00 pm, at the Maple Mountain High School.
You will hear the melodies of "Kiss Me Again," "In Old New York," "March of the Toys," "Lover Come Back to Me," "Desert Song," and "To a Wild Rose," to name a few.
This concert is FREE, and a good time will be had by all, or your money cheerfully refunded.
